This blog provides an informal forum for terrestrial invertebrate watchers to post recent sightings of interesting observations in the southern Vancouver Island region.    Users of this site will know that, since 2015, we have posted a Butterfly Report in January each year, summarizing butterfly sightings of the previous year. This year the Report will be published instead in the March/April issue of the Victoria Naturalist.
