The others were seen both near the summit and at the lodge elevation.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some of Aziza\u2019s photographs.\u00a0 We showed two of her photographs of the Arctic Blue in the August 8 <\/em>(Lep.: Hesperiidae) Aziza Cooper<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 Hitherto in this site, we have included all records of <em>Hesperia <\/em>under the name Branded Skipper <em>Hesperia comma.\u00a0 <\/em>From 2024 onwards, we are following the taxonomy of the <em>ATC<\/em>, which lists <em>Hesperia comma\u00a0 <\/em>(which we may call Common Branded Skipper) and <em>Hesperia colorado <\/em>(which we may call Western Branded Skipper) as separate species.\u00a0 The colony at Cordova (Saanichton) Spit is believed to be <em>Hesperia colorado<\/em>.\u00a0 We haven\u2019t had any reports from this colony, i.e. of this species, yet this year.
