2024 July 10 morning<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>During a 90-minute meander at 10:30 am on July 9 at Swan Lake, on a very hot morning, Marie O\u2019Shaughnessy saw only the following butterflies:
\n1 Cabbage White <\/strong>
\n<\/strong>3 Lorquin\u2019s Admirals<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dragonflies were numerous:
\n2 Black Saddlebags <\/strong>mating
\n1 male blue \u00a0Western Pondhawk
\n<\/strong>2 Cardinal Meadowhawks
\n<\/strong>1 California Darner
\n<\/strong>3 Blue-eyed Darners
\n<\/strong>37 Blue Dashers
\n<\/strong>2 Common Green Darners
\n<\/strong>1 \u00a0Eight-Spotted Skimmer
\n<\/strong>Many damselflies <\/strong>in tandem too.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
