The dragonfly appears to have bits of Watermeal Wolffia <\/em>adhering to its abdomen. \u00a0Dr Rob Cannings tells us that it is of the blue (“occidentalis”) form.<\/p>\n

Marie visited McIntyre reservoir on August 31, where she saw a Blue-eyed Darner, <\/strong>a Cardinal Meadowhawk<\/strong>, a Paddle-tailed Darner<\/strong>, four Cabbage Whites<\/strong>, nine Woodland Skippers<\/strong>.\u00a0 She sends the following photographs:<\/p>\n
