On August 14 Jochen M\u00f6hr found this False Widow <\/strong>spider making a meal out of a Pero <\/em><\/strong>moth.<\/p>\n

He also photographed this small moth on August 14:<\/p>\n

And this one on August 18:<\/p>\n

Aziza Cooper writes:
\nOn August 16 at Goldstream campground there was one moth\u00a0on a shower building. \u00a0Also that day a katydid <\/strong>was on my porch in Saanich.<\/p>\n

On August 17, several wasps were floating on the puddle of spring water on Lochside Drive north of Blenkinsop Lake.<\/p>\n

On Aug. 16 at Goldstream Park there were three Woodland Skippers<\/strong>. Along the railroad tracks near Humpback Road were one Woodland Skipper<\/strong> and a Western Tiger Swallowtail<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
