Here’s a drone fly<\/strong> photographed by Ian Cooper on September 25.\u00a0 Dr Jeff Skevington tells us that it is either Eristalis arbustorum <\/em>or E. brousii<\/em> \u2013 one needs a clear view of the legs to be sure which is which.\u00a0 See 2020 August 18 for one identified by Dr Skevington as E. arbustorum<\/em>, and another that cannot \u00a0be identified with certainty on September 15.<\/p>\n
